From 1975, when the Kottayam was first started, the growth has been phenomenal. Initially starting with just 2 cement shuttle courts and a card room and a handful of members, Kottayam Club at its main location has blossomed into a full fledged social organization with all the facilities its members might require. For the sporting ones, there are two international standard shuttle courts, a billiards room, a swimming pool, a gymnasium and several card rooms. Four airconditioned guest rooms are available to house your guests. Two air conditioned permit rooms and a restaurant provide the culinary touch to the place. A new addition is an open air restaurant adjoining the swimming pool. There is a café for small groups. For the purpose of conducting meetings and social functions there are two halls, one for 20 heads and the other for 150 heads. Ample car parking space is available. With the best service from experienced staff and location in the heart of town, Kottayam Club is truly an international standard club, you can be proud of. Perhaps the only club with 2 annexes, one situated on the waterfront and the other in the hills. A great achievement for a club which has been in existence for little less than 50 years.
